2. Personal data collected

The website collects personal data in the following ways:

2.1 Contact form

When you fill in the contact form, we collect your first name, last name and email address and, optionally, your company, phone number, existing website address and budget indication. This data is used solely to reply to your request and is not shared with third parties. It is sent through the Resend service (Resend Inc., USA), which acts as a data processor solely for the purpose of sending the email.

2.2 Browsing and advertising data

Subject to your consent via the cookie banner, the website uses the Google tag (Google Ireland Limited), which sends data to two services:

• Google Analytics 4: aggregated browsing data, such as pages visited, visit duration, device and approximate geographic location. Google Analytics 4 does not log IP addresses.
• Google Ads: data needed to measure actions taken on the website after clicking an ad (for example, sending a contact request) and to show ads to people who have already visited the website (remarketing).

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes: replying to requests sent through the contact form; sending a confirmation-of-receipt email; analyzing website usage in aggregated form to improve its content and performance; and measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns on Google Ads.

4. Legal basis

The processing of contact form data is based on the consent you give through the dedicated checkbox. The processing of browsing data through analytics cookies is based on the consent you give through the cookie banner.

5. Data retention

Data collected through the contact form is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, and in any case for no longer than 12 months. Data collected by Google Analytics is retained for a maximum of 14 months. Google Ads data is retained in accordance with Google's policies.

6. Cookies

6.1 Technical storage

The website uses your browser's local storage (localStorage, key cookie_consent) to remember your cookie preference. This does not require consent, as it is necessary for the website to function.

6.2 Third-party cookies (analytics and advertising)

Subject to your consent, the Google tag (gtag.js) may set Google Analytics cookies for statistical purposes and Google Ads cookies for conversion measurement and, where enabled, remarketing. These cookies are activated only after you have given your consent through the banner, and you can withdraw it at any time.

The website uses the following third-party services:

• Vercel Inc. (USA) — Website hosting
• Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics (browsing statistics) and Google Ads (advertising campaign measurement)
• Resend Inc. (USA) — Sending emails from the contact form
• Calendly LLC (USA) — Appointment booking (external link, no data collected by this website)

Some of these services are based in the United States. Data transfers take place in accordance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or, alternatively, on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
